James J. Fiorentini -Attorney and managing firm owner: Graduated from Tufts University in 1969
and the Northeastern University School of Law in 1973. He is a
former Assistant District Attorney and a former Special Attorney
General. Attorney Fiorentini is licensed in Massachusetts
and in New Hampshire. He has over 100 actual trials, and
thousands of settlements.

Martha J. Fiorentini is a
bankruptcy and probate paralegal. Ms. Fiorentini is a graduate of
Merrimack College and attended Rivier College for paralegal studies.
William F. Smith: Associate Attorney-- Attorney Smith is a
new addition to our office in 2001. He graduated with honors
from Boston College and later graduated from the Massachusetts School
of Law where he concentrated in employment law. He handles our
employment law and immigration cases and assists in our personal
injury and worker's compensation. He is licensed in
Massachusetts.
